Аналіз та перспективи наукових досліджень з розроблення багатофункціональної забійки свердловинних зарядів
The analysis of modern scientific research on the development of multifunctional drilling of borehole charges is carried out. The analysis showed that a number of methods and means for clogging wells have been developed, aimed at increasing the resistance to explosion products. However, such punching, despite their low cost and ease of use, perform an exclusively technological function. At the same time, a number of materials are proposed that can be used as a slaughterhouse or as an additive to it, and neutralize or absorb harmful gases, reduce the volume of dust formation. However, there is no justification for their technological efficiency. Accordingly, it is relevant and promising to develop a multifunctional punching that would be technologically, environmentally and cost-effective. One of the potential solutions to this scientific problem may be the use of non-Newtonian systems as punching. To implement this problem, the following algorithm is proposed. The first stage is to justify the compositions of non – Newtonian systems that will neutralize or absorb harmful gases formed as a result of the detonation of industrial explosives, as well as reduce the volume of dust formation. At the second stage, an analytical comparison of the developed compositions of non-Newtonian systems by the criterion of resistance to explosion products with each other and with traditional punching materials is carried out. At the third (final) stage, the developed compositions of non-Newtonian systems are compared according to the criterion of resistance to explosion products and the criterion of environmental friendliness with each other and with traditional punching materials in a quarry.
