Una aproximación a la biología y comportamientos de las hormigas

We report the behaviors used by ants to compete for limited food resources, as well as the main factors that threaten them and their biological importance in conservation as key organisms for the functioning of ecosystems. For this purpose, the search for bibliograph-ic information was carried out in scientific articles and books related to the mentioned topics. It was concluded that given their high diversity and coexistence strategies, they are key organisms for the conservation of both natural and urban areas
