TUR ROTASI OLUŞTURMADA YAPAY ZEKÂ UYGULAMALARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI: CHATGPT VE GEMİNİ ÖRNEĞİvTUR ROTASI OLUŞTURMADA YAPAY ZEKÂ UYGULAMALARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI: CHATGPT VE GEMİNİ ÖRNEĞİ

Today, with the innovations brought by technology, artificial intelligence algorithms have recently started to be used in almost every field and sector. While its usage area is becoming widespread day by day, it is preferred by both employees and tourists in the tourism sector. Therefore, the study aims to determine the usefulness, accuracy and reliability levels of the tour routes created by ChatGPT and Gemini. In this context, both algorithms were asked to determine a 3-day tour route in Konya city center and their responses were examined comparatively. When the answers given by artificial intelligence algorithms are analyzed, it is determined that although there is not much incorrect information about the information in the route created by ChatGPT for Konya, when evaluated in terms of alignment, it is determined that it is more appropriate to move the tour route to a different alignment. In the route created by Gemini, it was found that it was misguided except for the first day. When the two algorithms are evaluated among themselves, ChatGPT is more useful than Gemini, but since ChatGPT has incorrect information and inconsistencies in alignment, it can be said that neither of them is currently very suitable for route creation, but can be used to obtain information about the city.
