Trådlös Energiskördning med NFC för Lågeffektstillämpningar
In this work, a circuit for charging Ligna Energy's supercapacitors using NFC is designed and constructed. NFC is a technology for wireless data transfer that is found in all smart phones and ordinary card readers. The communication takes place using inductive coupling that can be used to harvest excess energy in the data transfer. For this purpose, NXP Semiconductor's product OMTNTP5332 is used to handle the communication and energy harvesting and the microcontroller STM32L431CCU6 from STM is used to provide the prototype with processing power. The work begins with a theoretical study on wireless transmission, antenna design and energy-efficient principles. Then, a first prototype is designed to evaluate the function and energy efficiency of the circuits, different antenna designs are evaluated and different NFC sources are investigated with a focus on finding the fastest charging time. A second prototype is designed based on the lessons learned from the first prototype. This prototype is also designed to stay within the physical limitations of a standard ID/passcard according to the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard.
