Programa Todos a Aprender: Estado del Arte en un Presente Algorítmico, IA. 2012-2024

The scientific literature reviewed and the tracking performed using Artificial Intelligence on the Impact Evaluation of the Todos a Aprender Program provide a great opportunity to reflect and rethink the importance of the PTA and its contributions to improving the quality of education in Colombia. The bibliographic review was conducted to understand the limitations and scope of the program, initially implemented in rural areas with the goal of improving student learning and basic skills in the areas of language and mathematics in third and fifth grades. Evaluations of the pedagogical, situated training, educational management, and basic conditions components were identified. These have changed over the 12 years of its implementation, although not substantially, as it is currently being implemented under a different name (CRESE) and with more components, but the same actors, from the educational community to the family. It was also observed that the behaviors of these actors have changed in each implementation period, thereby supporting changes within the PTA, aimed at achieving its purpose of transforming the quality of education in Colombia.
