Abstract

The authors of the article have presented a theoretical substantiation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future educators of preschool educational institutions by means of interactive technologies. The attention has been focused on the fact that the modernization of the national preschool education actualizes the problem of updating the content of professional training of future educators, the purpose of which is to create a properly formed professional competence. It has been noted that the training of a highly qualified, competent, creative and competitive future specialist in preschool education is possible if innovations are used in the process of their professional training. A future educator of a preschool educational institution should master an innovative worldview, social and professional mobility, creative potential, have his/her own pedagogical position, a formed desire for systematic professional growth, and be ready to actively use innovations in professional activities. The authors state that the process of forming professional competence should be based on the introduction of interactive technologies that make it possible to improve the thorough theoretical, methodological, and practical training of future educators of preschool educational institutions, as well as positively affect the growth of their professionalism, pedagogical skills, etc.  In the process of professional training, it is necessary to create specific conditions for future educators that will be aimed at forming professional competence, expanding their understanding of the content and essence of preschool education and promoting a thorough understanding of the specifics of future professional activities. The authors have interpreted the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future educators of preschool educational institutions as the creation of an educational environment in a higher educational institution that will ensure the quality implementation of pedagogical and psychological factors that will positively affect the implementation of systematic and balanced educational activities of applicants through the introduction of interactive technologies aimed at improving all components of professional competence.
