Programa de formación docente sobre el uso de GeoGebra para la enseñanza de las derivadas de funciones algebraicas

This research arises from the need to strengthen the pedagogical skills of teachers in the teaching of derivatives of algebraic functions, promoting the integration of educational technologies, in particular the use of GeoGebra. The main purpose was to design and evaluate a training program oriented to train teachers in the didactic management of this digital tool. To achieve this objective, a pre-experimental design methodology with a mixed approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques through the application of surveys and classroom observations to teachers and students of the Unidad Educativa Fiscal José Martínez Queirolo. The findings showed that the implementation of the training program contributed significantly to the development of teachers' pedagogical competencies, which was reflected in improved academic performance and greater active participation of students. Likewise, teachers expressed a more favorable attitude towards the integration of technologies in their practice, showing a positive change in their perceptions about the use of GeoGebra. In summary, the research highlights the relevance of teacher training in innovative technological tools, since this not only optimizes the pedagogical work, but also enhances the teaching-learning process in mathematics, contributing to the objective of raising the quality of education.
