Profissionalização docente: egressos do curso de pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Goiás/campus Sudoeste, sede Quirinópolis

This research has as its object of study the professionalization of teachers of the Pedagogy Course of the Universidade Estadual de Goiás (UEG) -Campus Sudoeste-Sede Quirinópolis. The general objective is to know the professional profile built by the graduates of thePedagogy Course of UEG/Campus Sudoeste-Sede Quirinópolis, as well as the insertion of these graduates in the job market. To this end, we analyzed the insertion of the graduates in the job market; we identified the degree of compatibility between the training and the demands of society and the world of work; we verified the continuing education of these graduates; and we made a brief analysis of the quality of the training received in the Pedagogy course of UEG Campus Sudoeste-Sede Quirinópolis, through thesatisfaction index demonstrated by the graduates of this course. The research made it possible to monitor professionals who graduated between 2010 and 2015. It allowed the identification of the professional profile of graduates and the analysis of their insertion in the world of work, thus allowing an evaluation of the aforementioned course. It was carried out by means of questionnaires prepared in Google Forms and the link made available for graduates to answer. This research also promotes the integrationbetween the University and the professional graduate. It is known that the course of education in the pedagogy course is a legal requirement for teaching in early childhood education and in the initial years of elementary school. Thus, with the expansion of the offer of early childhood education, vacancies open up for graduates of this course. In this sense, it confirms the large number of graduates working in the area of pedagogy training.
