Preparación física y alimentación dosificada en el fútbol infantil Sub-10. Revisión sistemática
By combining physical training and a controlled diet in U-10 children's soccer, physical qualities improve both on and off the field, helping to prevent injuries or chronic illnesses while also enhancing emotional and social well-being in the sports environment. This research aimed to systematize the theoretical and methodological foundations supporting the benefits of physical preparation and a controlled diet for children playing U-10 soccer through a systematic review following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol. Scientific articles and bibliographic sources published between 2017 and 2024 were analyzed based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, using databases such as Dialnet, Redalyc, and Latindex, as well as academic search engines like Google Scholar. The results provided a systematized document highlighting the contributions of physical preparation and controlled nutrition to the development of 10-year-old soccer players, offering valuable insights for teachers, students, coaches, and sports professionals. The study concludes that structured training and a balanced diet lead to positive outcomes in children's sports performance, emphasizing the importance of training periodization and proper nutrition.
