PKM Canvas: uma ferramenta inovadora para a gestão do conhecimento pessoal: PKM Canvas: an innovative tool for personal knowledge management

The central proposal of this article is to present a tool developed to facilitate Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) in an intelligent, creative, adaptable, and playful manner. Its originality lies in the methodology applied in the creative process, specifically the adaptation and versioning of the monograph by Victor Couto Alves and Luciana M. Oliveira da Silva (2019), into a more accessible and interactive format. As a result of this versioning, a Canvas emerges that guides the journey of using and applying PKM in academic, professional, or sports contexts. The tool allows the adaptation of various original design concepts and methods into more dynamic and engaging formats, promoting a richer, more plastic, and productive learning experience. Among the main results found, beyond improved organization, is the reflective access to information for a wide range of learners, from students to seasoned professionals in various fields. The practical implications of this tool are noteworthy as it promotes more efficient, accessible, and straightforward personal knowledge management, which can facilitate the personal and professional development of learners and knowledge workers. Being a "living" tool—continuously evolving through construction and iteration—it is likely that by the time this reading is concluded, it will have already advanced in its application and scope for personal, academic, and organizational contexts.
