Medidas de protección y violencia urbana-familiar en el distrito judicial de Amazonas, Perú.
Medidas de protección, familia, educación pública.Thisstudy analyzes the relationship between protective measures and urban-family violence in the judicial district of a province in Amazonas. A quantitative, descriptive-correlational, and cross-sectional design was used, with a survey conducted on a sample of 336 residents. The results revealed a significant inverse correlation between protective measures and family violence (Sig. Bil = 0.000, Rho = -0.784). Each dimension of protective measures showed moderate, inverse, and statistically significant correlations with family violence (Rho values: -0.425 to -0.519).Over 60% of respondents rated protective measures at medium or high levels, yet family violence remains prevalent, with 47.32% of respondents reporting high levels. These findings underscore the partial effectiveness of protective actions under Law 30364. The study emphasizes the importance of prosecuting aggressors, raising public awareness about legal tools, and promoting victim safety. Strengthening enforcement and public education campaigns are essential to mitigating family violence and ensuring the protection of vulnerable individuals.
