Medición de la competitividad de la cadena del valor del aguacate en el Estado de Michoacán, México.
It is an exploratory, qualitative and quantitative study, where the objective is to measure the competitiveness of the avocado value chain in the state of Michoacán, the model that includes the independent variables and how they influence competitiveness is presented, 150 questionnaires were applied to producers and packers, in the data cleaning and applied the SPSS statistical program 25 only 143 remained, that is, seven outliers were eliminated, in the answers they went to the extremes of 1 to 5 on the Likert scale. Cronbach's Alpha that refers to the reliability of the questionnaire applied was obtained from the independent variables the following: quality is 0.840, price 0.750, technology 0.800, training 0.791, distribution channels 0.779 and strategic planning 0.912, which indicates that on average Cronbach's Alpha is 0.813 is considered acceptable. Pearson's correlation coefficient tells us that, if there is a correlation between the variables independent variables, obtaining values less than 0.05 in the bilateral Sig. of all independent variables, which indicates that they do influence the competitiveness of both the producers and the avocado packers, and the existence of linearity was also obtained, which indicates that the factor analysis can continue.
