La necesidad de la investigación interdisciplinar sobre hombres y masculinidades desde la perspectiva de género para formar y transformar

Proposals and advancements in the social, political, and educational spheres represent a significant achievement for equal opportunities in traditionally masculinized environments. This text has a dual purpose: firstly, it offers a brief review of recent interdisciplinary research on men, masculinities, and gender equality; and, secondly, it presents the good training (and transformative) practices being implemented by the Masculinities Observatory at a public university. In sum, we aspire to contribute significantly to the advancement of feminism in the pursuit of egalitarian education that fosters a more equitable society, for which the participation of pro-equality men is essential.
