La disciplina militar en la prestación de servicios públicos civiles: conciliación entre el principio de autoridad y la actividad prestacional
The growing provision of civil services by the Armed Forces and the Civil Guard requires a legal analysis of the reasons for such intervention, which are none other than professionalism based on the principle of effectiveness. The discipline, to which positive law devotes little attention, is established as a legal asset that must be the object of study, while gaps and deficiencies in the system appear in terms of the enabling title and the effects of the intervention of the military Administration, which basically involves the conciliation between the principle of authority and the activity of providing public services.
