La Actividad Lúdica en la Educación Física en niños de 8-10 años. Revisión Sistemática
Several studies demonstrate the innovative role of playful activities in Physical Education classes, leading to positive outcomes in motor skill development, student participation, and academic performance. Therefore, the objective of this study was to systematize the theoretical and methodological assumptions about the relationship between play activities and traditional Physical Education teaching in children aged 8 to 10. The systematic review methodology was used, applying the PRISMA protocol with the support of studies located in databases such as Dialnet, Redalyc, and Scielo, using academic search engines such as Google academic and Semantic Scholar, published between the years 20182024, in Spanish and English. The main conclusions demonstrate the positive impact of playful activities on the learning of children aged 8-10 years in Physical Education classes. The studies analyzed showed that playful activities not only have an impact on students' attention and motivation but also contribute significantly to the development of students' physical and socioemotional skills.
