La importancia del respeto en el aula con alumnos de secundaria del instituto Tomás de Aquino en la ciudad de Celaya durante el ciclo escolar 2021-2022

Today's society in Mexico requires a school that is able to understand and promote a healthy coexistence among students, to promote values for a harmonious coexistence in society. The educational community is conditioned to generate the basic conditions so that this well being can occur and can contribute to the emotional development of students and that in turn is reflected in a high academic achievement of the same. The objective of this work is to analyze and understand how respect influences coexistence, learning and personal and social development of secondary school students at the Tomás de Aquino Institute, in order to promote a harmonious, inclusive and effective environment in the classroom. The methodology applied in the present work is a qualitative research in whichan attempt is made to systematically describe the variable characteristics and phenomena.One of the main results of this work was to observe how the value of respect in the classroom is a key factor to maintain a positive school environment, having a constant practice of mutual respect among students and with the teacher generated a better learning disposition. Finally it was concluded that respect is so important that it will favor learning among peers, having a respectful environment reduces violence and improves concentration and learning in students
