Jornadas difusas: el trabajo de las mujeres en el sector comunitario: aportes actuales desde dos ciudades del interior de Buenos Aires
This article aims to identify the configuration of the triple shift of community caregiver women in two cities in the interior of Buenos Aires through the analysis of data from a regional research project conducted in the second semester of 2023 by offering theoretical approaches that allow for the characterization of this workday. The working hypothesis suggests that the triple shift manifests itself in poor sectors in the following way: unpaid social reproduction work within households, poorly paid work in the labor market, and community work within the framework of collective subject actions. In this diffuse shift, it is women who ensure the reproduction of the labor force, both within their homes and in the community sector, which also becomes a space for the outsourcing of social policy.
