Impacto del riesgo psicosocial en las relaciones laborales: Estudio de caso en una organización privada en Florencia (Caquetá)

This research analyzed the impact of psychosocial risk factors on labor relations in a private organization in Florencia (Caquetá), Colombia. A qualitative study was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 10 employees from a total population of 225 workers. The results identified job instability, pressure to meet tasks, work overload, conflicting interpersonal relationships, and lack of assertive communication as main risk factors. These factors were found to significantly affect workers' physical and mental well-being, generating stress, demotivation, and decreased productivity. Although the organization implements wellness programs and recreational activities to mitigate these risks, their effectiveness is limited by some workers' lack of commitment and insufficient leadership support. It is recommended to implement more specific and personalized strategies, strengthen management commitment, and conduct constant monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of adopted measures
