Hareketli Grafik Tasarım Bağlamında Dijital Yayın Platformları İntrolarının İncelenmesi
This study examines the intro videos used by digital streaming platforms through the lens of motion graphic design, focusing on aesthetic, functional, and semiotic dimensions. The first section addresses the historical development of motion graphic design within the context of abstract art and avant-garde film traditions, emphasizing the role of visual, typographic, and auditory elements in constructing a holistic narrative through temporal flow. Within the framework of graphic design principles, concepts such as balance, rhythm, hierarchy, and contrast are discussed in relation to their counterparts in motion graphics. The second section explores the transformation of digital broadcasting and the emergence of individualized viewing practices, analyzing intro designs from platforms such as Netflix, MUBI, and Amazon Prime Video. The integration of each platform’s corporate identity with motion graphic elements in their intros is examined, with a focus on the narrative and symbolic functions of color palettes, typography, sound design, and motion structure.
