Gestión del conocimiento y liderazgo docente para la calidad educativa: análisis del instrumento de recolección de datos

This article presents the methodology used in the research, which was struc-tured in several phases to comprehensively address the study on knowledge management and teacher leadership in secondary educational institutions in Colombia.Initially, an exhaustive documentary review and analysis was carried out to establish the theoretical framework and background of the study. The research included a population of 34 principals, 101 teachers and 986 students from Cundinamarca, Bogotá and Boyacá, selected for their relevance and ability to provide valuable information.Research categories and subcategories were defined around knowledge management, ped-agogical strategies and educational leadership, using surveys and interviews as data col-lection instruments. These instruments were validated by experts and adjusted to ensure their relevance. The methodological process was divided into three phases: conceptual, methodological and empirical. The conceptual phase included the formulation of the problem, objectives, justification, and literature review. The methodological phase covered the research design, identification of the population, and selection of variables and sampling plan. The empiri-cal phase focused on data processing, collection and analysis.Data analysis was carried out using software such as Atlas TI 8, 20 and SPSS, facilitat-ing the coding and categorisation of the information collected. This process allowed the results to be interpreted and significant conclusions to be drawn about the relationship between teacher leadership and educational quality. Finally, a detailed timeline was presented that covered all phases of the project, ensuring an orderly and systematic execution of the research. The organisation, analysis and discus-sion of the information allowed us to extract relevant findings and compare them with previous studies, thus providing an in-depth understanding of the research topic.
