Gestión de talento humano en la integración de equipos multiculturales: La influencia de la globalización en las organizaciones del siglo XXI

This study addresses the challenge of Human Talent Management in increasingly multicultural organizational contexts, a phenomenon more pronounced by globalization in the twenty-first century. Today's organizations have to face the challenge of integrating culturally diverse teams, which places new and more complex demands on human resource management to ensure cohesion, productivity, and overall performance. The objective of this research was to analyze, through a systematic review, how globalization has influenced Human Talent Management practices aimed at the effectiveincorporation of multicultural teams. The methodology used was PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses), with a descriptive approach. 16 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 were selected through databasessuch as ERIC, Scielo, RedALyC, Dialnet and Google Scholar, using inclusion and exclusion criteria, which focused on empirical and theoretical research that deals with multiculturalism, using keywords such as "Human Talent Management", "integration of multicultural teams”, “influence of globalization", "organizations of the 21st century". The results showed that cultural diversity among teams can increase innovation and creativity, as long as there are well-defined strategies for inclusive leadership and intercultural communication. It was found that globalization has empowered organizations to reformulate their human resources policies, incorporating more flexible and culturally sensitive methods. In conclusion, the effective management of Human Talent Management in multicultural environments has been established as a strategic element in the era of globalization.
