Fatores associados a hipertensão arterial sistêmica em discentes de enfermagem: revisão integrativa da literatura
Hypertension, characterized by its silent development, is a chronic non-communicable disease (NCD) that affects millions of people worldwide. This pathology is one of the main risk factors for developing other diseases. In fact, it is important to analyze the context and the impact of such factors on the blood pressure of university students, since they are affected by multiple factors. The study aimed to analyze the scientific evidence available in the literature on systemicarterial hypertension in the university context and its associated factors. This is a descriptive study, typified as a systematic literature review. For data collection, the Rayyan application was used together with an adapted instrument containing the following information: title of the publication; author(s); year of publication; journal; objective; type of study; existence of risk factors for arterial hypertension in nursing students. The final sample included a total of 10 articles that directly address the risk factors associated with arterial hypertension in the context of undergraduate nursing students. Of the studies analyzed, eight (80%) were published in national journals, the majority of which were published in Brazilian journals, and only two (20%) were in a foreign language. The study highlighted arterial hypertension in the university context and its associated factors, which are of the most diverse nature, ranging from modifiable, non-modifiable, and specific factors. After analysis, interpretation, and discussion, the research findings demonstrated the holistic multifactorial relationship between hypertension and its risk factors associated with the academic nursing context.
