Estrategia Pedagógica Basada en Pensamiento Crítico para Generar Cultura Ambiental en los Líderes Estudiantiles PRAE de la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría la Paz, Manizales, Caldas

This research explored the effectiveness of workshops in the development of critical thinking and environmental culture in the PRAE Student Leaders, active participation in the workshops allowed reflection and analysis on environmental problems of the Fe y Alegría la Paz Educational Institution, with the intention to adopt sustainable behaviors, workshops were designed according to the interests of the students, carrying out case analysis, debates and production of texts that allowed generating critical thinking and environmental culture and practical activities such as the ornamentation of light switches and the use of recyclable materials to generate transformation in the around, the results of the research showed that participation in the workshops had a positive impact on the development of critical thinking and environmental culture of the participants, a significant increase was observed in their capacity for analysis, teamwork, opportunities for reflection, dialogue. permanent and empowerment as agents of change in the Institution.
