El mercado laboral de Boyacá (2008-2024): Una aproximación desde la perspectiva de la escuela de la Regulación Francesa

This article expands and updates the labor market analysis of Boyacá conducted in the master's thesis of Edgar Manuel Vargas Montañez, titled "Labor Market Behavior in Boyacá: A Descriptive Approach for the Period 2008–2016." Under the perspective of the French Regulation School, the study examines both structural and cyclical transformations in employment within the department between 2008 and 2024. It analyzes the evolution of labor indicators, informality, underemployment, sectoral employment composition, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the persistent structural factors that shape the regional labor market.
