El método Singapur en la Resolución de Problemas de Igualación en los Estudiantes de 4° Grado de la Institución Educativa N° 31030 Andaymarca

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of the Singapore method in solving equalization problems in 4th grade students of Educational Institution No. 31030 of Andaymarca during the period 2021. The research was applied, explanatory and used a pre-experimental design. The population and sample consisted of 16 students, selected using a non-probabilistic intentional sampling method. An objective test was applied as a technique and a written test with a checklist was used as an instrument to evaluate the application of the Singapore method. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon test to contrast hypotheses. The results showed a significant improvement in learning: in the entrance test, 56.25% obtained a grade of C, while in the exit test, 43.75% obtained grades of AD and A. This shows that the Singapore method significantly influenced the development of skills for solving equalization problems. In conclusion, this method effectively contributes to the mathematical learning of 4th grade students at Educational Institution N° 31030 of Andaymarca.
