2023 Eğitim Vizyonu belgesindeki teftiş ve kurumsal rehberlik hizmetleri hedeflerinin ilgili yönetmelikler bağlamında gerçekleşme durumu

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the Inspection and Institutional Guidance targets included in the MEB 2023 Education Vision Document have been realized in the context of the provisions in the current Ministry of National Education Education Inspectors Regulation and the Ministry of National Education Inspection Board Regulation. In the study conducted using the document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, the relevant vision document and regulations were accessed from official internet addresses. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the goal of providing guidance services to education workers and sharing the data collected during guidance services with stakeholders was achieved; however, the goal of separating guidance and investigation duties and realizing specialized institutional guidance activities could not be achieved; the goal of conducting guidance activities at the provincial and district levels was partially realized. In this context, it was suggested that the guidance and investigation roles of inspectors be separated.
