El docente novel como comunicador en el aula
Communication skills were explored in 29 new career teachers in Health Sciences and Chemical Biology, through a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, applying a pre-designed questionnaire from the Psychoactive page, with 31 questions, of which 11 were chosen that contribute to the formation of resonant environments in the classroom. The results showed that 89.7% are attentive and receptive, 41.4% were not emotionally reactive when there are provocations, 58.6% sometimes trust others little, 55.2% sometimes do not react emotionally, 45% never or almost never know how to listen to others, 71% sometimes when they speak they do so in a timely manner and express themselves correctly, 59% sometimes speak animatedly with rich body language, 59% use modulation and volume of voice to reinforce what they are saying, 62% so make a good impression, 44.8% interact well with people. It was concluded that novice teachers show important percentages of communication aspects contributing to active listening, activespeech and image, and that it is necessary to reinforce them with different psychopedagogical activities so that such figures are increased, which will have an impact on the formation of resonant teaching-learning spaces.
