Efecto de las Disciplinas en las Dificultades Presentadas por el Uso de las Tecnologías en el Proceso de Docencia: Un Caso de Estudio

This research aimed to analyze the technical problems that arise in the classroom when teaching is mediated by the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). Additionally, the study examined the degree of association between the incidents occurring during their use and the academic programs offered. The methodology employed was a case study conducted at a university campus of the University of Guadalajara, and the analyzed data consisted of records of preventive and corrective actions collected as part of an established maintenance program. As a key finding, it was observed that classrooms hosting courses in Business Administration, Law, and Psychology exhibited significantly more corrective incidents compared to others.
