End-to-end analysis system for adoption of Microsoft 365 Tools. Insightastic using Microsoft Fabric: Collect. Analyze. Act.

The thesis describes the creation process of an end-to-end enterprise system designed to measure user adoption of the main tools offered within the Microsoft 365 suite. The system is built using a modern Microsoft platform that enables data storage, integration, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization within a single solution. The objective is to provide business users with an effective tool to monitor their activities related to the use of Microsoft 365 services, and to equip management with a structured and vertical analysis and decision-making tool that spans all Business Units within the organization. The implementation of this system involves the creation of a lakehouse as well as the analysis of the software used, the definition of requirements, the data extraction process, the conceptual and logical design of the data marts that will form part of the system, and the development of an interactive dashboard as a user-friendly tool for all stakeholders. La tesi descrive il processo di creazione di un sistema aziendale end-to-end progettato per misurare l'adozione da parte degli utenti dei principali strumenti offerti dalla suite Microsoft 365. Il sistema è costruito utilizzando una moderna piattaforma Microsoft che consente di archiviare, integrare, pulire, analizzare, modellare e visualizzare i dati all'interno di un'unica soluzione. L'obiettivo è quello di fornire agli utenti business uno strumento efficace per monitorare le loro attività legate all'uso dei servizi Microsoft 365, e di dotare la gestione di uno strumento strutturato e verticale di analisi e decisione che abbracci tutte le Business Unit dell'organizzazione. L'attuazione di questo sistema comporta la creazione di una lakehouse nonché l'analisi del software utilizzato, la definizione dei requisiti, il processo di estrazione dei dati, la progettazione concettuale e logica delle marce di dati che faranno parte del sistema, e lo sviluppo di una dashboard interattiva come strumento di facile uso per tutte le parti interessate.
