Efecto del salario mínimo en las carnicerías y restaurantes de Escárcega Campeche

The salary increase is carried out every year in Mexico, in the last six years it has had significant increases that cause effects on the economy of the companies and is one of the essential expenses that the employer must make for the operation of the business, the objetive of this research is to identify the effects of theincrease in the mínimum wage in butcher shops and restaurants in the year 2022, the exploratory-descriptive methodology is used, with a qualitative approach, the voluntary sample is applied whit a questionnaire of 23 questions with the purpose of obtain information on the effects of the increase in the mínimum wage on employment, production, productivity, Price, in the study period it was found that Jobs dis not decrease, the employer`s perception of the increase in the mínimum wage causes a price increase was known.
