DWELLING AS NATURE : Design of a tiny house on wheels with focus on the Interior architecture

This thesis in Interior Architecture and Furniture Design explores sustainable living throughthe design of a compact, movable tiny house. The project challenges dominant ideas aroundownership, materialism, and individualism by proposing an alternative: a home rooted inminimalism, craftsmanship, and ecological responsibility. The design includes both a standalone tiny house and a speculative vision for a shared com-munity of similar dwellings. Each structure is built with bio-based materials, such as myceli-um insulation and timber framing, emphasizing regenerative forestry, local resources, andlow-impact living. The community proposal imagines flexible land use and shared infrastruc-ture, allowing residents to live lightly on the land while maintaining personal autonomy. The final outcome includes a detailed 1:5 scale model, a 1:1 wall fragment, and a separatematerial sample. The project was exhibited publicly and received national media attention.More than a housing prototype, this thesis serves as a spatial critique and a hopeful designvision—advocating for simpler, smarter, and more intentional ways of living.
