Desigualdad y exclusión sociolaboral: Buenas prácticas socioeducativas para la inclusión
Socio-labor exclusion is a multidimensional framework where there is a high feminization of poverty, wage and digital gaps, precariousness in the transition to adulthood or barriers in the access of migrants, among others. This mixed research in the framework of the ESIN project (PID2021-127271NA-I00) analyzes the socio-labor exclusion attended by social educators of public administrations and private entities in Spain, identifying good socio-educational practices for insertion, through 24 focus groups (N=88) (ATLAS.ti V.24) and a validated self-administered online questionnaire (N=411) (SPSS V.29) (Ethics Committee Reference 13-SISH-EDU-2023). The results emphasize that the effects on the reduction of inequalities are centered on socio-educational processes focused on guidance (81%), accompaniment (79%) or comprehensive insertion itineraries (76%), where tele-training is relevant. It is concluded that individualized and comprehensive attention, with emphasis on social competencies, teamwork and networking, and the certification of short courses for labor access and promotion are priorities for socio-educational action. The main discussion highlights the outsourcing of the third sector in socio-educational services or the difficulty of paid internships that allow family reconciliation and emancipation.
