THE DEMOCRATIC AND ECONOMIC ROLE OF THE CITIZEN IN THE RELATION WITH THE LOCAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The subjects of the constitutional legal relations are represented by the people and the state. The democratic, citizen – state’s connection is specified by the article 2 of the Constitution. Local Public Authorities have the obligation to respect and promote the fundamental rights and freedoms of the people, to remove any discrimination, responsible people by paying taxes and duties, to give equal opportunities to all citizens, to provide access to information of public interest.
