Diálogos acerca de la calidad educativa entre territorios de gestión pública y privada de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. Un acercamiento al desarrollo de las actividades, prácticas y situaciones cotidianas en la Escuela Primaria N°2 y el Instituto Rosar

In this paper, we aim to contrast public opinions regarding the quality of primaryeducation in the 2016 Second Local Monitoring Report for the city of Mar del Plata, "Mardel Plata entre Todos," and the results obtained from the Aprender Tests in thesamecityand year, with the perceptions of educational quality held by the management teamsof twoschools, one private and the other state-run, in the same city. The purpose is toinvestigatethe attributes that those who live in the school district consider when referringtoandevaluating educational quality based on the types of management (public-private) inorderto compare the ways in which their notion of educational quality interacts withtheopinions of the Mar del Plata public. To this end, interviews were conducted withprincipalsfrom a private and a state-run school. From these encounters, two positions emerge: astrong relationship between the idea of educational quality as the transmissionof contentversus a holistic perspective of education.
