Barreras de comunicación en la educación básica y media del Catatumbo colombiano

This article, a product of the research entitled, Education in Catatumbo: a view from pedagogy, law and communication, aimed to analyze the educational processes in basic and secondary education institutions of the municipalities from the pedagogical aspects, legal and communicative, the above in the municipalities of La Playa de Belén, Ábrego and Convention in Norte de Santander.Under the quantitative methodology and the exploratory and descriptive scope, the survey and the structured interview were applied as information collection tools,and thus determine the communication barriers that arise in the teaching and learning processes in the classrooms of institutions. educational: Fray José María Arévalo School, Santa Bárbara Educational Institution and Agricultural Technical Institute, respectively from the aforementioned municipalities.The findings led to the definition of some communication strategies that could help overcome this problem that affects the construction of knowledge communities.
