Anesthesia Student Investment Program
Hospitals nationwide have the highest demand for nurses they have ever had, and they look to universities to find a consistent supply. Hiring new graduate nurses seems to be a key part of hospital’s success across the country. However, one local hospital struggles to lock in new graduates. In fact, less than 10% of the local university’s nursing students accept offers to work in this facility. So, we propose a program to draw in more new graduates: the Anesthesia Student Investment Program. This program compensates new hires through discounted tuition to CRNA school and ensures that their experience as a new RN is at the local hospital. We believe this program will pull more nurses to the hospital and it will benefit the community as well.
