ДОБРОЧЕСНІСТЬ ЯК ВАЖЛИВИЙ ЧИННИК ФОРМУВАННЯ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ ЛЮДИНИ: КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ

The author examines the transformation of the concept of integrity in historical retrospect as an important factor in the formation of human identity. The researcher identifies the tendencies to associate integrity with both social norms that influence a person’s self-identification and internal beliefs that determine his or her «self-confidence» as the basis of an ideal model of self-realization. The author describes changes in the interpretation of integrity from the ancient concept of self-knowledge and ethics of reason to postmodernism value pluralism and deconstruction of morality, as well as attempts to combine the principles of moral autonomy and social solidarity in metamodernism.
