Writing Portfolio Capstone

A look into a writing unit designed for 6th grade that has students learn the writing process and then develop different forms of writing. Throughout the unit the students will develop a portfolio of their writing and will present it in a finished product. The unit includes a variety of writing products as well as differentiation for different types of thinkers. The lesson has center-based work and whole class instruction.
