In-N-Out PSP: polytechnic outing system

Polytechnic PSP is a tertiary education institution in Malaysia. PSP currently uses printed paper when students register for the hostel to keep track of the students’ movement to and out of the institution. It is troublesome for the hostel fellows, students, and guards. In-N-Out PSP was proposed as an outing web application system for Polytechnic PSP. It was designed for the purpose of facilitating the student movement process for the PSP community. Student can apply for an outing in the system a day before leaving. Hostel fellows can approve or reject the application and lastly, guards can see the student’s information approval before the student leaves the campus. This system can ease the students, hostel fellows, and guards’ outing process, in terms of saving time and convenience for the PSP community.
