FINDING THE RIGHT JOB - A UTOPIA IN TIMES OF CRISIS

The quality of an educational system is reflected not only in the instructive performances of the educational actors, but also in the degree in which it ensures an adequate professional integration. The aim of the research is to draw attention to the issue of employment rates among young people and identify ways in which current practice can be improved. We achieve this goal by highlighting the reasons why young people's employment needs more attention, outlining key scientific outcomes, reporting on similarities but also international differences, and sharing a list of good practices.
