Purpose. The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate and systematize approaches to assessing the quality of construction production organization using qualimetric methods. This involves analyzing the main components of the terms “quality”, “organization of construction production” and “qualimetric methods” as well as exploring their interactions and potential applications in construction practice. Additional aspects of the objective include summarizing existing theoretical approaches to quality assessment in the construction industry, investigating the methodological specifics of qualimetry, its role in improving the efficiency of construction process management, identifying key scientific studies and ideas that have contributed to the development of qualimetry and its integration into the practice of construction production organization, and creating a theoretical basis for further practical developments in this field. Methodology. The research methodology is based on a systematic analysis and integration of theoretical and practical approaches to assessing the quality of construction production organization. It begins with clarifying key concepts: “quality”, “organization of construction production” and “qualimetry”. This approach enables the formation of a clear understanding of the components of quality in the construction sector, encompassing technological, organizational, and managerial aspects. Findings. The research outcome is the development of a flexible quality assessment model that accounts for the multifactorial nature of construction processes and can adapt to various conditions. The methodology focuses not only on analyzing the current state but also on establishing a foundation for improving the organization of construction production through modern assessment approaches. Originality. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the formulation of a new approach to evaluating the quality of construction production organization by integrating theoretical foundations and qualimetric methods. A key element of this novelty is the development of a universal theoretical quality assessment model that considers the multifactorial characteristics of construction production. This approach integrates technological, organizational, and managerial aspects into a cohesive system. Particular emphasis is placed on the adaptation of qualimetric methods, which enable quantitative evaluation of even complex and multifaceted processes typical of the construction industry. Practical value. The practical significance of the research is that the developed methodology can be applied in real construction practice for objective quality assessments of management processes and effective decision-making. Thus, the article establishes a theoretical and methodological foundation for improving the quality management system in construction production.

Abstract
