Стратегічний менеджмент та розвиток креативних індустрій: українські реалії
The article defines that strategic management in modern realities appears as a process by which the organization interacts with its environment: complex, multi-component, rapidly changing. It was found that in the conditions of the ongoing war in Ukraine, it is extremely important to use the tool of strategic management, in particular, for the development of creative industries, understanding them as the main engine of the post-war recovery of Ukraine. It is noted that the interaction of organizations, in particular, the socio-cultural sphere, with the external environment involves the analysis of the socio-cultural situation in the following sections: socio-cultural specificity and problems of the socio-cultural environment; characterization of the socio-cultural environment from the standpoint of the development of institutional conditions; analysis of forces that contribute to or counteract the achievement of the goal. Strategic steps for the development of the socio-cultural sphere were traced, including the priority of the culture sector, transparent competition for management positions, collaboration in international projects, professional development of industry specialists, emphasis on culture in state international policy as a tool for attracting international financial support to promote Ukrainian art and artists abroad; financial, informational and organizational support from the state. A study of the state of culture and creative industries during the war revealed that creative industries suffered significant negative consequences, but at the same time it was found that creative industries have a chance to become the engine of Ukraine's post-war recovery. It is proven that creative industries and the hospitality industry, as a vector of the country's economic development, should ensure the socio-cultural and economic development of regions in their strategic goal.
