Анализ чувствительности к антибиотическим препаратам бактерий рода Bacillus, выделенных из почв, находившихся в условиях длительного воздействия ионизирующего излучения
This paper presents the results of studies of the sensitivity to antibacterial drugs of some representatives of bacteria of the genus Bacillus (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus mycoides and Bacillus cereus), isolated from soils that were under conditions of prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation (the territory of the Polessky State Radiation and Ecological Reserve (PSREZ ) Masany village), as well as from the environs of the city of Orsha (natural background level of ionizing radiation). A high level of sensitivity of Bacillus subtilis bacteria isolated from the soils of the city of Orsha to antibiotics of some groups (rifampicins (growth inhibition zone (GIZ) 11.67 ± 0.2 mm), fluoroquinols (GIZ 13.25 ± 0.2 mm), tetracyclines (GIZ 13.25 ± 0.2 mm) was noted. 15±0.2 mm) and aminoglycosides (GIZ 13.75±0.2 mm)). At the same time, there was a manifestation of resistance or a decrease in sensitivity to certain antibacterial drugs of certain representatives of bacteria of the genus Bacillus, in particular Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtilis, isolated from the soils of Masany village. The results may indicate the activation of the protective mechanisms of the studied bacteria under conditions of prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation.Key words: bacteria of the genus Bacillus, ionizing radiation, antibacterial drugs.
