Диференційний діагноз тахікардій із широкими комплексами

The article, from the perspective of current recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology (2019), considers the issues of identification, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of paroxysmal tachycardias with wide QRS complexes. Particular attention is paid to the algorithm for diagnosing ventricular tachycardias with the morphology of the right/left bundle branch block. The article discusses the differential algorithm for ventricular and supraventricular tachycardias with wide QRS complexes. Issues of prognosis of patients with different types of paroxysmal tachycardias are considered.
