SMARTER Girls Mentoring Program

The GAI SMARTER Girls Mentoring Program is a dynamic collaboration between Women in Aviation International and the College of Aviation, designed to inspire young women to soar into diverse aviation careers, from flight and engineering to finance and computer science. Led by exceptional female students from Embry-Riddle, this initiative champions educational excellence and empowers the next generation of aviators. Our Women Ambassadors are dedicated to building a vibrant community, connecting aspiring female students with current leaders and alumni. Together, we are forging a path toward a more inclusive and diverse future in aviation, where every girl can dream big and achieve even bigger.
