Peptide Synthesis

This project outlines the synthesis of a tripeptide. An amino acid is protected with Boc-anhydride, coupled with a dipeptide, and deprotected. Thin-layer chromatography and NMR spectroscopy are used to monitor the reactions and characterize the product. The goal is to synthesize the tripeptide and assess its antibacterial properties.
