People's behavior is related to their motivational system. Depending on the economic situation, people choose one theory of motivation, changing it depending on the economic conditions. The purpose of the article is to review the basics of the most important theories that can be successfully applied to motivate people. People most often use a combination in their motivational requirements to solve the problems that arise in front of them, in order to provide for themselves and their family first of all good living conditions.
