POSSIBILITIES OF BIOREGULATORY CORRECTION IN POST-CONCUSSION SYNDROME

In the context of the war in Ukraine, the number of cases of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) is increasing, which often leads to post-concussion syndrome. Both military and civilians suffer from the consequences of TBI, which has a significant impact on their daily lives and ability to recover.Chronic post-concussion syndrome (CPCS) is characterized by the long-term persistence of neurological symptoms after a TBI. Research by Hall et al. (2005), Roe et al. (2009), and Williams et al. (2010) shows that 40-80% of patients with TBI experience neurological symptoms. CPCS has an impact on the quality of life long after the injury, so injured people need a comprehensive approach to treatment.Considering these factors, CPCS is an important medical and social problem in Ukraine that requires special attention from the health care system, as well as the development of programs for treatment and support of those affected. The article outlines a comprehensive approach to the treatment of a former serviceman based on the technology of complex regulatory therapy of conditions, which involves an assessment of the body's condition with the definition of the basic typical pathological processes (TPP): inflammation, endogenous intoxication, immune, metabolic disorders, autonomic dysregulation and bioregulatory correction of the identified disorders.
