Codes beyond Bits & Bytes: A Blueprint for Artificial Life
A specialized sub-network of the Siamese Neural Network (SNN), called Transformer Architecture for Sequence Analysis of Genes (TASAG), compares two sequences: the desired and target sequences. TASAG analyzes the differences between them and enables on-screen edits to incorporate the desired sequence into the target. The edited sequence can then be chemically synthesized using a Computerized DNA Synthesizer (CDS), which fabricates DNA strands based on the displayed sequence with the help of microprocessors. These synthesized strands are inserted into an ovum to stimulate development, ultimately creating an Embot and, eventually, an H-Bot. This study explores the potential benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in gene editing while addressing the ethical considerations surrounding its use.
