Symbiotic Entity Framework (SEF) – v1.0

Abstract — Symbiotic Entity Framework (SEF) v1.0 This white paper introduces the Symbiotic Entity Framework (SEF), an experimental language‑driven operating system for human‑AI co‑evolution. Built on the Meng‑NG‑OS natural‑language OS, SEF merges three layers that normally live in separate research tracks: (1) a Protocol Language that compresses concepts into executable phrases, (2) a Dual‑Chamber Parliament Loop with Lighthouse ethical guard‑rails that allows multiple agents—human or AI—to deliberate and vote on tasks, and (3) an INS→Task Creative Cycle that captures raw ideas, upgrades them into actionable tickets, and archives outcomes for reflection. The framework targets creators with minimal coding skills and proposes a path from “dream‑talk” ideation to reproducible multi‑agent prototypes. This v1.0 document consolidates earlier scattered protocols into a single, license‑ready module. It clarifies core definitions, lifecycle governance, IP strategy, and future extensions (e.g., open‑source APIs and funding channels). We release SEF under a license ( CC‑BY‑NC 4.0) to encourage community experimentation while protecting non‑commercial integrity. Keywords: human‑AI symbiosis; language OS; parliament governance; creative lifecycle; Meng‑NG‑OS.
